Working hours: 10pm - 7am. 4 nights on, 4 nights off.
We pride ourselves in delivering first class customer service to everyone that we come in to contact with, and we want you to be a part of it! You will join our award-winning Customer Service Centre, which has been operating since 2001.
The Overnight Customer Service Advisor will provide an excellent customer service to our internal and external customers across the Affordable Housing business during the overnight period. They will act as the main point of contact for customers to report emergency repairs, provide incident management and escalation where required to ensure we continuously exceed service expectations.
This role requires excellent customer service experience and strong communication skills. Applicants should be able to prioritise tasks and the needs of the customers whilst working on own initiative.
