Places for People Developments is thrilled to announce that we are now looking to attract a passionate Sales Executive to join our innovative team. This role is based in Edinburgh with the need to occasionally travel to other locations.
What your role will be
As the New Homes Sales Executive, you will provide a first class sales service to our customers, selling the plots and advising them through every step of this exciting experience. Your role will be to convert enquiries and expressions of interest into sales. You will achieve this by being the expert when it comes to advising on house types, specifications and buying procedures; ultimately ensuring timely completions. You will keep accurate and timely records in relation to sales status, forecast dates, sales progression notes and audit trail information.
You will receive commission for each unit that you secure; also due to the nature of the role weekend working will be involved.
Your backgroundIt is essential that you have experience selling New Homes; we need someone that has the knowledge and passion we require to market this exciting development. You will also possess excellent administration skills and have the ability to keep all paper work up to date. It is a pre-requisite that you have excellent communication skills and that you are able to influence in a positive manner. Ultimately you will understand what good customer service looks like and have an empathy for the client group that you will be working with.
We need you to understand the importance of data protection and confidentiality in this role.
