Button House is a new retirement community built just nine miles south of central London. It will offer 80 one and two-bedroom apartments all available to rent from 19 August 2019. Forming part of the larger New Mill Quarter development, Button House will also offer a host of onsite facilities.
The Community Maintenance Worker will play a pivotal role in delivering the Brio customer experience with a unique, warm and memorable service. You will ensure our residents and customers' overall experience of living at/visiting Hackbridge is exceptional.
The role is ideal for someone who has excellent planning, organisational, administrative and customer service skills. In addition, you will provide an efficient and effective caretaking service ensuring that the security and general appearance of the site is maintained. You also have empathy and understanding and are passionate about helping people.
This is a part time role working 30 hours per week.
