More about your role

We are looking to recruit a Maintenance Manager on a permanent basis. Working across our sites in Battersea, South Kensington and White City, you will be responsible for managing sub contractors and leading on PPM programmes. Reporting to the General Manager,  you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, codes of practice and statutory requirements. 

In addition, you will carry out regular health and safety checks and play a key role in the development of risk assessments for each building. Working with the wider Dfm group, you will look at ways our service can be improved and how the organisation can run more effectively and efficiently. 

More about you

The ideal candidate will have performed the role within a similar organisation and have proven line management skills. Knowledge of PPM, PFI and CAFM systems are also desired.

Experience / skills

  • Significant experience within buildings maintenance/ facilities management in a similar organisation, 
  • A proven track record of leading and managing teams, 
  • PPM, PFI and CAFM experience.
