More about your role

As one of our Labourers you will be assisting the teams working in voids and occupied (responsive works) properties.

Assisting colleagues to complete clearances, cleans or uplifts in a timeously manner and to meet our high standards. There is a requirement to have a “Can Do” attitude to help out operatives and carry out some basic general repairs.

Although this role is advertised in a specific location, you will be working in surrounding areas.

The working hours are 40 per week across Monday to Friday.

More about you

We are looking for someone with initiative, comfortable with working at height and an interest in learning new skills.  You will have experience in the provision of general repair services, cleaning abilities and general labouring to void and occupied properties. You must be able to demonstrate excellent organisational and computer skills.

  • A driving licence is essential
  • Experience working with and around tradespeople
  • Good understanding of Health and Safety legislation
  • As part of our employment checks, this role will require you to complete a satisfactory Basic DBS check
