More about your role
As one of our Labourers you will be assisting the responsive repairs maintenance teams working in occupied properties. You will be assisting our Roofers or Ground Work teams .
There is a requirement to have a “Can Do” attitude to help out operatives and carry out some basic general repairs.
Although this role is advertised within Derbyshire, you will be working in surrounding areas - including - Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Nottingham and Derbyshire
The working hours are 40 per week across Monday to Friday 8am-4.30pm

More about you
We are looking for someone with initiative, comfortable with working at height and an interest in learning new skills. You will have experience in the provision of general repair services, general labouring to occupied properties. You must be able to demonstrate excellent organisational and computer skills.
- A driving licence is essential
- Experience working with and around tradespeople
- Good understanding of Health and Safety legislation
- As part of our employment checks, this role will require you to complete a satisfactory Basic DBS check
