The IT Operations team are a key component of the IT function. We are now looking to recruit a Service Integration Manager on a permanent basis.
More about your role
Reporting directly to the Head of IT Operations, the Service Integrations Manager role is a leading role in the Operations team.
This position is responsible for overseeing and managing the IT operations of mergers and acquisitions of various IT services and systems, ensuring they work together to support overall business objectives.
You will play a critical role in ensuring that our IT services work efficiently and effectively and contribute to the success of the business.
More about you
You will play a key role in the development and implementation of an integration strategy that will align with the overall IT and business objectives. As well as identifying opportunities for system integration to improve processes and workflows across the departments, you will work closely with stakeholders in order to understand their integration needs and requirements.
You will lead and manage integration projects from initiation to completion, playing a key role in defining project scope, objectives, times and resource requirements. In addition to monitoring project progress, you will identify and address issues ensuring that projects are delivered on time and in budget.
This will require a basic DBS check.
Experience & Skills
- Experience within an IT Service Integration Role,
- PM skills,
- Experience of leading and managing teams,
- Knowledge of security and compliance standards that relate to data integration,
- Excellent communication skills.
