More about the team

The Service Support team are the foundation of the IT function, responsible for delivering a high-quality front of house IT service that continuously improves the customer experience.  This is an exciting time to join a growing business function and join an area which is responsible for the continually improving the delivery of IT services and performance. 

More about your role 

Reporting to the Service Desk Manager, you will play a key role in providing technical support to end users and resolving any IT issues which may arise. You will possess a positive attitude and be comfortable liaising with stakeholders across the wider business. This will be done over the phone, online or face to face. You will also adhere to policies and procedures as well as security protocols to ensure compliance and protect sensitive data.

In addition, you will accurately maintain documentation of incidents and solutions to facilitate efficient problem solving and knowledge sharing.

The working shifts are for this role are either 8am to 4pm or 9am – 5pm. This role has a provisional start date of 28th July 2025.

This role will require a basic DBS.

More about you 

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in a Service Desk role. You will be comfortable dealing with stakeholders at varying levels of experience and be able to resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Experience & Skills

  • Experience of performing a Service Desk role,
  • Knowledge of MS Products including O365,
  • Excellent communication skills,
  • Analytical and problem solving skills,
  • Stakeholder engagement.
