One of the UK's largest Property Management companies, Residential Management Group (RMG), invites you to be a crucial part of our Customer Experience team as an Insight Analyst. This role is more than just data – it's about shaping the journey for over 150,000 households across the UK.

 

Reporting to the User Experience Design Manager, this is a hybrid role, requiring a minimum of 3 days in the Northwich Office.

 

What is the role?

 

As an Insight Analyst at RMG, you will be the data wizard who transforms raw data into actionable insights, helping our teams make informed decisions. This role is pivotal in enhancing our customer journey through precise data analysis and innovative reports.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Power BI Data Reporting and Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain a variety of reports and interactive dashboards to provide insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) and critical business metrics.
  • Data Analysis and Querying: Use Salesforce and other analytical tools to perform in-depth data analysis, derive valuable insights, and answer business queries.
  • Business Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate business questions into actionable data analysis.
  • Data Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy and reliability by conducting thorough data validation and maintaining data integrity in reports and dashboards.
  • Data Visualisation and Presentation: Present complex data analysis in a clear and visually appealing manner, making it easy for stakeholders to understand and act upon insights.
  • Insights Delivery and Interpretation: Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support business decision-making and strategy development.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimise and streamline data reporting and analysis processes for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including our Customer Experience team, Business Analysts, Customer Service Team and key business stakeholders, to foster effective collaboration, data-driven decision-making and process improvements.
  • Data Governance and Compliance: Adhere to data governance policies and ensure data privacy and security standards are maintained throughout the data analysis process.

 

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications

Essential:

  • 2+ years of experience as an Insight Analyst or a similar role focusing on data reporting, analysis and effecting business change.
  • Proficiency in querying databases using Power BI and Excel.
  • Experience reporting on Salesforce.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to transform data into actionable insights.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and data integrity in reports and dashboards.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data analysis in a clear and concise manner.
  • A interest in being part of change within a fast paced Customer Experience team.
  • Understanding of Project management and delivery methods, and able to represent Data Office activities and needs within project forums.
