Derwent Living are currently looking to recruit a House Ownership Team Assistant working out of our office in Derby. This role will see you providing administrative support to the wider team to maximise the income from rent and service charges.
What your role will be
This is a varied role offering you the chance to grow and develop your skills. You will provide a comprehensive and quality admin support from raising purchase orders and taking minutes to scanning and writing letters.
You will assist the Home Ownership Team to prevent debt, maximise Derwent Living’s income from rent and service charges and produce monthly reports and performance figures.
You will support the Home Ownership Team in dealing with leasehold and tenancy issues tackling arrears, sales and general queries and produce service charge letters on a regular basis. There will be ad-hoc duties as and when required and you will be expected to work with our customers to influence and develop our services.
You will be an experienced administrator with a previous work history within an office environment. Ideally you will have some housing experience however this is not essential. As a confident user of Microsoft office you will have a good working knowledge of IT systems to produce various communications. You will embody our Spirit values of support and be a strong team player. Communication is key to this role and you will be strong both verbally and with written text.
