More about your role
To provide essential administrative and frontline support for Healthy Communities programmes, including Good Boost, Exercise Referral, and Move Through Menopause. This role ensures efficient referral management, participant onboarding, and customer engagement to maximise programme delivery and community impact.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage referrals, bookings, and participant onboarding across multiple sites.

Contact participants promptly to reduce waiting times and improve engagement.

Support conversion of Pay-As-You-Go users to full membership.

Coordinate scheduling and communication for programmes including Good Boost, with onboarding every 6 weeks and courses every 8 weeks.

Maintain accurate records and support reporting requirements.

Work closely with specialist staff to enable smooth delivery and maximise course occupancy.

Assist with marketing and outreach activities as needed.
You will be the main point of contact for any internal administration queries. You will answer all queries and advise accordingly as well as archiving records. A large part of your role will be to raise invoices on our systems. You will offer your support to your managers, organising meeting roomsements when necessary.

More about you
As well as being computer literate you must have a high standard of customer service skills. The successful candidate must have proven experience working within a busy office environment with a background of completing administration duties. You must be able to work under pressure as well as the ability to prioritise your workload.
