More about your role

As a key member of the healthy communities and fitness delivery team, you will take direction from your line manager to achieve excellence across all aspirations listed within the healthy communities and fitness strategy on a page.  Key responsibilites will include; enhancing customer experience, whilst achieving individual performance metrics set out by your line manager. In addition, deliver a range impactful health and wellbeing initiatives, targeted at communities who experience the greatest health inequalities

Ensure members receive a high-quality onboarding, ongoing support and overall gym experience to maximise their length of stay. Deliver high quality group workout classes, ensuring members receive an unrivalled experience. Maximise customer satisfaction, as measured through NPS and Places Pulse, by delivering outstanding service.

Support to develop a highly qualified, professional, and motivated delivery team. Attend relevant team and individual meetings along with appraisals to ensure clear communication and career progression.
