More about your role
You will work with the Managing Director of Touchstone, Touchstone manage homes on behalf of landlords across the UK, providing more than 20,000 families with safe and pleasant places to live. You will drive forward a co-ordinated and proactive approach to the development and deployment of technology and innovation in our business. You will take the lead in the identification, evaluation and adoption of new technologies to drive efficiency, eliminate waste and duplication and help make our business customer and digital first.
Your collaborative style will see you build relationships with stakeholders in Touchstone and where relevant at Group level, helping equip the business to be future-ready and retain its market leading position. You will ensure that all this work is aligned with the Group Technology and Innovation Strategy and work in harmony with internal projects.

You will be a leader with presence and influence and have a track record in working collaboratively with colleagues, clients and Senior Managers to build and maintain relationships at all levels and to persuade and influence. With good project management experience, you will be a “starter-finisher”, delivering projects from definition to implementation and benefits realisation, within agreed budgets and timescales.
Importantly you will be connected with and be knowledgeable about the property industry, maintaining awareness of new developments, legislation, technology and innovation. You should possess the ability and interest in horizon scanning and being on top of not just current technology and ways of working but also future developments and potentially disruptive technology.
