More about your role

Due to a period of growth, we are looking for an Hard Services Manager to join us on a permanent basis. Based predominantly on site in South Kensington, as well as covering additional sites in Battersea and White City, this is an exciting time to join a growing area of the business. 

On a daily basis, you will play a key role in managing and coordinating DfM's hard services on site. You will be responsible for planning and organising the PPM programme and various other ad hoc activities.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for providing a high level of technical expertise, mentoring and leading junior members of staff. In addition, you will carry out Health and Safety checks where required and ensure that all documentation is kept up to date. 

More about you

The ideal candidate will come from a  trades background and have a proven track record of leading and managing teams. Managing contracts and a track record of procuring goods is also desired along with Hard FM experience. 

The successful candidate will  

  • Have a C&G Level 3 qualification
  • Have Hard FM experience,
  • Management/ leadership experience, 
  • Experience of managing contracts.
