More about your role
As our Finance Data and Process Manager, you will be responsible for reviewing the efficiency of business operations, coordination, development and improvement to all of our processes within the Affordable Housing Finance Team. The role handle's very large data sets and you have the ability to review and make sense of what the data is telling you and communicating this across all levels. The role will support with delivering the processes in line with regulatory, contractual and legal requirements, within the required deadlines.
This role also forms part of work streams, project teams and networking groups to help improve processes and future system requirements surrounding rent and service charge delivery using Housing, service charge or finance knowledge. You will have the opportunity to manage and drive a high performing team, whilst establishing strong succession plans for service continuity.
More about you
- You will have Advanced IT skills and be highly proficient in Excel and know your VBA from your pivot tables.
- You will be capable of dealing with very large data sets and making sense of what the data is telling you.
- You're a highly resilient, solution–orientated person, who looks for options, alternatives and problem resolution.
- You strive for continuous improvement.
- You have a good understanding of accounting principals, but more of a focus on IT and systems.
- We are relaxed about what level of studies you are at.
