More about your role

At Brio Retirement Village we are currently recruiting for a Event Coordinating Receptionist on a permanent basis. 

Working 5 days from 7, you will play a key role in ensuring that the site is secure throughout the day. Working closely with the General Manager, you will be responsible for adherence to health and safety as well as carrying out a number of other checks. 

On a daily basis, you will support the onsite cleaning team and work with the General Manager in order to distribute communication to the wider organisation. In addition, you will work closely with the wider team on various events we run which includes job fairs and careers days.

More about you

A ‘can do' attitude and good attention to detail are required. The role will require high levels of customer service with efficient and effective planning. It is important to be able to have a direct, calm and professional manner.

To be successful in your application you will have experience:

  • In a customer service environment / In a similar role,
  • Running events such as job fairs,
  • Working with MS packages such as Office and Excel,
  • Dealing with stakeholders.
