More about your role
As an Estate Officer you will promote a safe and secure living environment for our customers, in line with Health and Safety law and Living+ policies. This role does include some hands on tasks such as painting and decorating of communal areas and properties, low level repairs and maintenance and the arrangement of rubbish/ fly tipping to be removed. You will also assist in the management of our properties and its surrounding areas, carry out tenancy change visits and conduct thorough inspections of our properties.
You will ensure any cleaning, grounds maintenance and other maintenance issues are dealt with promptly, liaising with relevant departments and our partner agencies. You will encourage a rapid response to vandalism, graffiti and litter ensuring these are reported to the relevant team or in some circumstances you will deal with these issues yourself.
The role is an agile role however travel to our 12 sites around Bristol. The role is also part time 24 hours a week across 4 days.

You must also have access to your own vehicle and hold a full driving license in order to be considered for this role.
