The IT function is an integral part of Places Leisure. This is an exciting time to join as we embark on a period of growth.

More about your role

We are looking to recruit a Digital Transformation Delivery Lead on an initial 2 year fixed term contract. Reporting to the Head of Programmes and Systems, this role will be responsible for the implementation of a Teams Telephony Solution along with migrating on-premise file servers to M365.

You will be responsible for planning and executing the migration of data to SharePoint Online, OneDrive and other M365 services. In addition to ensuring data integrity, security and compliance throughout the process you will work with end users to tidy unstructured data and help the, to our data protection and retention standards. 

In addition, you will work closely with the wider IT team to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.

This is a national role and will involve travel to our sites across the UK. For this reason, access to your own vehicle is required.

This role is a fixed term contract which will end 2 years from your start date.

More about you

The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of MS Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and other M365 related services. As well as having a knowledge of telephony systems, VoIP and network infrastructure with a focus on digital transformation projects, you will be well versed in PowerShell scripting and automation.
