More about your role
We are currently recruiting for a Deputy General Manager in our Hackbridge location.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of service whilst achieving company budgetary targets. Leading the Operations team, you will ensure customer satisfaction levels remain high and health and safety is adhered to.

To be successful in this role you will have experience leading/ managing teams and have worked on recruitment processes.
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience leading or managing teams,
- Worked on recruitment campaigns,
- Good IT skills,
- Excellent stakeholder engagement,
- Experience working with people over 65 is preferred though not essential.
