More about your role

As Night Concierge at The Tower, part of Residential Management Group (RMG), you'll be the first point of contact for residents and visitors during overnight hours. From managing parcels and keys to handling enquiries and ensuring safety, you'll help keep the building secure, organised, and welcoming. This will be 4 days on and then 4 days off.

Key duties include:

  • Welcoming residents, visitors, and contractors professionally

  • Logging and handing over parcels, keys, and resident instructions

  • Responding to calls, emails, and intercom enquiries

  • Carrying out regular patrols, fire alarm checks, and safety inspections

  • Keeping detailed shift handover notes and reporting any issues

This is a casual, ad-hoc role, ideal for someone seeking flexible hours with responsibility.
