Are you an experienced analyst with a passion for data-driven decision making?
We're looking for a proactive Data Insight Analyst to join our team in Northwich. This is a unique, lone-standing role—ideal for someone who thrives independently and enjoys being the go-to expert for all things data.

Where will I be Working?

Hybrid Working based out of Northwich (CW9 7LN) - 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home.

Working hours

Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

  • Salesforce & Power BI Reporting:
    Leverage your expertise in Salesforce and Power BI to produce clear, actionable reports and dashboards, supporting business performance and customer service metrics.
  • Analytical Focus:
    This is not a role for simply providing action points. We need someone who can dig deep into data, uncover trends, and deliver meaningful insights that drive strategic decisions.
  • Customer Survey Analysis:
    Take ownership of analysing customer survey results, focusing on performance and feedback. Your insights will help shape our approach to customer service and satisfaction.
  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with senior stakeholders to interpret survey and customer statistics, ensuring our strategies are informed by robust data.
  • Customer Service Metrics:
    Monitor and report on key customer service metrics, providing clarity on performance and areas for improvement.
  • Forecasting:
    Compare and forecast performance metrics across last year, this year, and next year, helping us set realistic targets and track progress.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in Salesforce and Power BI reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a track record of delivering actionable insights.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to present complex data in a clear, accessible way.
  • Experience in customer survey analysis and forecasting is highly desirable.
