More about your role
As a Data Administrator, you will review, maintain and update the customer relationship management system to ensure it's accurate, up to date and all identified gaps are filled. You will do this by linking across the procurement team to manage the review of data and support ensuring all people data is complete. You will support the Procurement team by producing regular reports, looking at and creating dashboards and completing ad hoc data requests.
This role is based in Preston allowing you to collaborate with colleagues. As we move out of lockdown we are trialling hybrid working, so you will be able to split your time between home and the office in Preston.

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, detail focussed and self motivated, some one who isn't afraid to ask questions and challenge the way we do things. We need someone who has experience using different systems and is proficient using all Microsoft software, particularly excel. Experience working in a similar role or sector would be advantageous, as well as experience working to tight deadlines.
As this role requires you to work with a diverse range of people; we need you to have excellent communication skills and a track record of delivering excellent customer service.
Our system is only as good as the information it contains and we need you to make sure that the information that goes into the system is high quality!
