You'll be field based, travelling to customers' homes in and around the North-West and Yorkshire.
More About Your Role
As a Customer Service Technician, you'll be the friendly face of our organisation, delivering our People First approach directly to customers. You'll carry out remedial works in occupied homes, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and to a high standard. Working closely with the Customer Service team, you'll manage daily schedules, communicate clearly, and ensure all tasks are signed off with customer satisfaction. You'll take pride in your work, maintain a clean and professional presence, and always adhere to health and safety standards. You'll also help identify chargeable defects and support your team by living our values and providing guidance when needed.
More About You
To be eligible for an interview for this role you must have experience of working in a Multi Skilled Trade or Technician role within Occupied homes within the property industry and hold a current clean UK driving licence.
You're a skilled multi-trader with experience working in occupied homes. You're organised, adaptable, and confident working independently. You take a proactive approach to problem-solving and have a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service. Your skills include general making good, decorating, plastering, drylining, basic carpentry, and ideally some basic plumbing. You're comfortable using Microsoft Office and customer service software, and you communicate clearly and professionally, building rapport with ease.
