More about your role 

At Places for People, we prioritise our dedication to safer recruitment. Therefore, a  basic DBS check is mandatory for this position.  

For this role you will be required on site in the Inverness and Aberdeenshire area so a driving licence is essential along with the flexibility to be available on site. 

As our Customer Service Manager you will embody our People First approach. In this post, your most important role is to give the best customer service possible across multiple channels including phone, email, social media, live chat and in person.  You will be instrumental in driving sales and customer satisfaction by calmly and confidently addressing customer queries and issues, and supporting sales conversions. 

Whilst overseeing all aspects of the customer experience for the Central & North project, you will also be required to keep ahead of industry developments and apply best practice to any areas of improvement and develop our service procedures, policies and standards. You will be target-driven and motivated to boost our Net Promoter and Customer Satisfaction Scores. 

More about you 

Do you enjoy making a difference and improving service delivery?  Can you provide high quality professional service to a large customer base? Do you want to work in an environment where customers are at the heart of what you do?  If so, this may be the job for you… 

It is essential that you have experience within a similar role with knowledge of the development/house builder market. Logging and identifying defects in properties is a major technical skill needed for this role, therefore we are also open to candidates from an Assistant Site Manager/Site Manager background as well as Customer Service Managers.
