This is a hybrid based role with a minimum of two days in the an office, with a further mix of working from our sites or home based. We are currently based in Eastleigh, however we are due an office move in November 2025.

As our Customer Service Co-OrdinatorCo-Ordinator, you will support our customers throughout their end-to-end journey using a variety of different communication channels including email, telephone and face to face visits. webchat. You will investigate the customers issues and escalate any complaints to ensure we are providing the best possible outcome for them.

More about you
To be successful for this role you will have excellent customer service skills with a strong customer focused approach and an ability to keep customers engaged, with experience in escalating customer complaints and taking control of challenging situations whilst remaining calm and professional. A knowledge of the new build/construction iIndustry and/or dealing with aftercare/new build warranty defects would be essential. an advantage.
You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and use these skills to build relationships with a variety of customers of all different backgrounds.
For this role Customer Service is essential. A driving licence with your own car will also be preferred as visits to new build development sites is a part of this role.
Essential Car User Allowance included. Experience working within housing/property development/construction or repairs would be essential.
