More about your role

You will join our Lettings and Management team, who deliver an excellent customer focussed service to our residents who currently live in our properties or those who are looking to make the move with us! You will assist our residents with reference checks, right to rent checks as well as move in paperwork all the way through to assisting with move outs.

You will provide first line support to all our customers – tenants, clients and other external parties, whilst working closely with our internal teams, ensuring all issues are resolved quickly and effectively.

This role has been evaluated to suit a 'hybrid' working pattern whereby there will be the opportunity to work from home for some days each week if preferred

Experience working within an office based customer service role is preferred, if you are someone who enjoys delivering great customer service and working within a customer focused environment you might be the ideal candidate for the role.  

Much of your role is dependent on developing positive working relationships, and will be phone based, so we require someone who has excellent verbal and written communication skills. Your ability to negotiate and logical solve problems is essential.
