The Places for People Group has embarked on a growth agenda and has an ambition to grow its asset base, increase margins, improve operational ways of working, improve the Customer and Client experience and increase its social responsibility. Project Synergy is a business transformation programme for the Property Management Companies within the Group. The main objective of Project Synergy is for the property management companies to define and adopt a new way of operating. The new ways of working, which are in part encapsulated in the property management business processes, will be driven by a single technology solution.
Please note that this is a fixed term role expected to last until June 2021 initially.

More about you
The ideal candidate would be someone that has been a technical lead and is now looking to move into an architecture role or someone that is already an application architect that has a strong development background. You'll have previously worked within a large and complex organisation with a proven track record of working on C# or Java developments. Due to the requirements of the role we would expect you to have an understanding of REST and soap web service integration, as well as integration products such as Dell Boomi, MS BizTalk or Azure Service Bus.Furthermore you need to be able to demonstrate a technological understanding of relational databases, preferably SQL Server
