Touchstone operates in a competitive commercial environment, requiring best use of resources to maintain a return to the Group both financially and socially. 

This role will be overseeing the credit control administration within the portfolio, ensuring the highest level of service to both internal and external clients. 

Our services to our clients and our customers will always be highly responsive and efficient and our overall aim is to achieve excellent financial and operational portfolio performance for them. The post-holder must maintain good contacts within the Group and internal departments and share information to assist in the provision of an effective and high quality service.

More about your role 

This role in key in ensuring that rental collection is maximised across all client portfolios within the business. You will ensure that SLAs are met and statutory and contractual requirements are dealt with effectively and efficiently.

You will play a key role in ensuring that the maximum amount of rental income is collected each month for our client properties. You will work closely with Property Managers and Administrators to maintain a high level of performance – both at a team and personal level.

As well as delivering effective solutions to clients, customers and other teams, you will work closely with the Housing Benefits Department regarding the housing benefits programme.

We will expect you to develop your knowledge of procedures, compliance and legislation and contracts to a high standard.

Experience & Skills

  • Experience in an administration role (if you have worked in a Credit Control role that is preferred but not essential)
  • Strong attention to detail,
  • Excellent communication skills,
  • Strong stakeholder engagement.
