More about your role  

As our new Creative Project and Traffic Co-Ordinator (internally known as a Senior Creative Ops Executive), your main goal is to streamline internal workflows, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and that projects are completed on time and according to client expectations. You will be responsible for identifying, prioritising, and tracking resources for each request into the design team. Collaborating with the Studio Traffic Manager and communications team, you will coordinate creative requests across the brand and digital teams. You will also work closely with the Design and Content teams to assign the right projects to the right people and identify opportunities for development. As a key decision-maker, you will prioritise tasks to ensure efficient delivery, while keeping stakeholders updated throughout the process. 

 

Essential Experience & Skills 

  • Previous experience in planning or traffic management within a design environment (agency or in-house) 
  • Strong planning and project management skills in Design and Content, with a high level of organisation in managing multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Understanding of the end-to-end creative process 

Desirable: 

  • Knowledge of marketing operations, tracking tools, and planning management 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and project management software (e.g., Monday.com) 

 

More about you  

You must have experience in planning or traffic management, along with design experience (agency or in-house). Strong professional and customer-focused relationships with colleagues and your team are essential. Excellent planning and project management skills are key, with the ability to stay organised while managing multiple projects. You should be able to multitask, prioritise, and have knowledge of marketing operations, tracking tools, and planning management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software like Monday.com is required, as is experience working alongside or within creative design teams.
