As Assistant Costa Store Manager you will support the Store Manager in overseeing the day to day running of all catering activities within the centre. Total responsibility for the running of the store, ensuring that every customer receives an unbeatable coffee experience.
You will ensure all cleaning and food standard policies are adhered to at all times whilst operating a high standard of customer service to all our visitors. You will be responsible for delivering brand standards and an unbeatable customer experience in addition to serving amazing coffee.

More about you
You should have previous experience working in a customer facing environment preferably in a catering/hospitality. You will be passionate about delivering amazing coffee and customer service and be passionate about the Costa and Place Leisure brand. Ideally you will already have experience working as a barista.
You should possess a can-do attitude and know that an engaged, trusted team will deliver amazing service.
