More about your role
In this role, you'll create compelling written content to promote our products, services, and brand story across all internal and external channels. You'll ensure that all messaging is intuitive, user-focused, and aligned with our brand to boost engagement and conversion. You'll develop relevant, compliant, and consistent copy throughout the Customer journey while pitching innovative solutions to meet campaign goals. Regularly reviewing performance, you'll optimise campaigns to achieve maximum impact. You'll stay up to date with content best practices, especially on social media, and work closely with designers to test new content approaches. You'll also develop design and content guidelines that align with the brand and ensure high-quality, on-budget work.
Essential experience and skills
- Strong creative, advertising, copywriting, and editing expertise
- Experienced in crafting content for direct mail, emails, SMS, social media, and video
- Skilled in creating product and service copy for websites, app development, and portals
- Ability to adjust language and tone based on audience and situation
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence effectively
- Strong multitasking skills – you'll be working across multiple campaigns and tasks at any given time
More about you
You're a confident communicator with a strong creative eye and a way with words. Whether it's writing for social media, email, video, or websites, you know how to craft content that connects with people. You're comfortable switching up tone and language to suit different audiences and channels, and you understand how good content and design work together to shape great experiences.
You've got experience writing product and service copy, as well as creating campaigns across direct mail, SMS, and digital platforms. You're familiar with SEO and UX principles, and ideally, you've worked with tools like Monday.com to keep projects running smoothly.
You're not just a creator—you're also a collaborator. You know how to influence, negotiate, and bring people on board to get the best outcomes.
