More about your role
Reporting to the Assistant Services Manager, the Complex Needs Support Worker will play a key role in the delivery of effective and quality services to stakeholders in line with contractual and legal requirements.
As well ensuring customers receive high quality guidance and support, you will also ensure the accurate recording of information and safeguarding of customers on a daily basis.
This role operates a rolling rota with 3 x 12 hour shifts. In addition, you will work 1 weekend in 5.
More about you
You will have a customer focussed approach and be responsible for the daily assessment of new customers. This will include explaining tenancy conditions, rent payment arrangements and any scheme policies and procedures.
In addition to complying with data protection legislation, you will escalate incidents that may arise. Handling of calls from stakeholders (both internal and external) and ensuring administration is up to date is also an integral part of the role.
We will expect you to act as a representative for the Service and build strong relationships with multi disciplinary organiastions.
