More about your role

You will be part of an amazing new build to residential development in Manchester. We are now looking for a Build to Rent Community Manager to support us on our journey, you will be responsible for leading the onsite team and being the face of the development in the creation of an engaged community whilst enhancing the customer experience.

This is an exciting opportunity to get involved in a pre-completed scheme and help shape the team that will deliver the brand. You will be responsible for ensuring that the front of house services & day-to-day operations of the building are carried out to a high standard and delivered on time in an accurate and cost-effective manner. You will be responsible for the development and letting up of the building whilst managing the budget.

More about you

To be successful in this role you will ideally come from a marketing, planning and events management background. With past experience managing a small on site team with exposure to day-to-day operational management and experience of operating a large-scale residential building.
