More about your role
As our Commercial Manager in this role, you will take ownership of commercial performance by analysing data, reporting insights, and ensuring revenue and profitability targets are met. You will lead pricing activity across the business, developing data-driven strategies and managing reviews to keep us competitive. You'll work collaboratively across Finance, Marketing, IT, Product and Commercial teams to align plans, support campaigns, and assess the viability of new products. Using customer insight, you'll make balanced commercial decisions that strengthen value, engagement and retention. You'll also develop clear reporting, use digital tools to understand behaviour, and provide timely analysis that supports wider teams. Finally, you will drive continuous improvement by refining processes, shaping pricing and revenue models, and presenting insight that influences decision-making across the organisation.
Essential Criteria
- Experience in commercial, analytical or financial roles, managing large budgets, forecasting and revenue performance.
- High numeracy and financial literacy, including budgeting, P&L and performance reporting.
- Commercially focused with a track record of improving yield, efficiency and overall value.
- Background in customer-facing, multi-site or membership-based organisations.
- Skilled in pricing strategy, yield models or commercial optimisation.
More About you
You bring strong commercial and analytical experience, managing significant budgets, forecasting, and revenue performance across large or multi-site operations. You're highly numerate, able to interpret complex data, and confident turning insight into clear commercial actions. You have experience with pricing strategies, yield models, and optimisation, supported by advanced Excel and data-visualisation skills. You communicate complex information simply, work well across teams, and stay organised in fast-moving environments. Ideally, you also have experience evaluating new products, working with membership or subscription-based models, and using customer or digital journey analytics. A familiarity with CRM, ERP or financial planning systems and an interest in health and wellbeing would further strengthen your fit.
