More about your role
As the Commercial Director, you will take the lead in shaping and executing our commercial activities ensuring alignment with company goals and driving growth in the regions ambitious house building targets. You'll be a dynamic, forward-thinking strategist with an entrepreneurial mindset, leading by example and empowering your team to achieve excellence.
Your primary responsibility will be identifying and capitalising on new commercial opportunities to drive both short-term success and long-term sustainability. You'll work closely with senior leadership to define and implement strategies that support our growth objectives and respond to evolving market trends.
Key to your role will be staying ahead of industry shifts, understanding market conditions, and offering actionable insights that inform decision-making. You will continuously work to improve processes, standards, and policies while maintaining strict adherence to regulatory requirements. As a senior leader, you will model our core values and People First philosophy, ensuring that our company culture remains strong as we expand.

What We're Looking For:
You're an experienced Commercial Director or Head of Commercial with a proven record of driving growth and achieving targets. Ideally, you've worked within the house building or construction industry, particularly with a PLC housebuilder background dealing with a high volume of builds (500+ annually)
You'll bring extensive experience in team leadership, with a track record of motivating and developing high-performance teams. Your ability to set clear goals, inspire results, and create a culture of accountability will be crucial to your success in this role.
