More about your role

Working within a team of accounts administrators and accounts assistants, you will collectively deal with the processing requirements of around 13,000 properties.  You will check around 10 bank statements, in put receipts to the system, make payments to suppliers, process invoices and chase authorisations.

You will be welcomed into a dynamic team that work at a fast pace creating a buzz of energy. Customer service is at the heart of our service and you will ensure this is maintained by adhering to timescales set for processes and adhering to legal regulations.  Also you will uphold the timely and accurate processing of invoices onto the system, using internal workflow to keep our average payment days to 30.

More about you

We are looking for someone looking to learn new skills or build on their current experience, however no experience is required as full training will be provided. We are looking for someone with keen interest in a career in accounting, high numerical accuracy, a GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths at grade C or above. You must be a proficient computer user and basic Excel skills would be an advantage. You should have good customer service skills and consider yourself a confident communicator with an excellent telephone manner.  A positive attitude is key for this post.
