We are looking to recruit 3 Business Analysts on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the Operational Transformational Director, this is a great career opportunity to join a large, organically growing, market leading managing agent.
We are recruiting across our location in Northwich
Hoddesdon – Hertfordshire
Victoria – London
Bath
You would be required on site 3 days a week and all the locations (except London) have on site parking.
More about your role
You will be responsible for providing support for improvements and responsibility for analysis of large and/or complex change initiatives by understanding and defining business needs, document the business needs and recommending solutions that meet the business needs.
In addition, you will use a range of techniques to elicit information and understand business systems and processes; document requirements for large and/or complex business change projects.
More about you
The ideal candidate will have experience as a BA and have worked on IT projects (Digital or Data projects ideally). A proven track record of working with JIRA and knowledge of process mapping techniques is also desired.
