More about your role
You'll be at the heart of supporting our Places for People Scotland Board Members. You will support our Non-Executive Directors to ensure they have all the information they need which will include arranging meetings, ensuring things run to schedule and acting as their first point of contact.
You will be the go-to person for coordinating stakeholder updates, coordinating travel, and supporting with the coordination of papers and impactful presentations.
Your role will also involve managing inboxes, swiftly identifying urgent matters, and ensuring Board members stay ahead of deadlines.
You'll be trusted to work closely with senior internal and external stakeholders, including Group Board members and government officials.
On top of that, you'll dive into business systems ensuring everything from purchase orders to invoice approvals runs seamlessly. Every day will bring new challenges, and you'll have the autonomy to drive efficiency, handle high-level tasks, and make a real impact!
This is a Part Time role working 18 hours a week, we are flexible on whether you want to do 3 full days or spread this across the week on the expectation that you are available for Board meetings and other pre-planned in person meetings. The role will offer a hybrid working model, combining both office and home-based work.

You'll be the right-hand support to senior leaders, drawing on your proven experience as an Executive Assistant (EA) or Personal Assistant (PA) at a senior level. With your knack for handling sensitive information discreetly and staying calm under pressure, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment. A true self-starter, you'll juggle multiple priorities with ease, expertly organising meetings and keeping everything running smoothly. You'll be the professional face of the leadership team, representing them and the Places for People Group with energy, integrity, and an approachable attitude, all while upholding the highest standards.
