More about your role
You will be responsible for assisting in the successful delivery of building surveying and project management services, ensuring high-quality service for clients. You'll develop new client relationships, lead and assist with portfolio instructions, and identify Building Consultancy opportunities. Contribute to business growth and profitability, deliver on the department's strategy and quality assurance, drive change to meet market demands, and be familiar with company insurance procedures. Maintain and support existing client relationships within the business group.

More about you
To qualify for this role, you must be MRICS qualified with commercial surveying experience. You need a good understanding of professional and project-based building surveying, including basics of local and broader property markets. You should be adept at building and maintaining business and client relationships, providing clear written communication, and possess strong computer skills. You must have your own vehicle and be willing to travel within the UK.
Preferred experience include assisting with building surveys for investment or occupational purposes, inspecting and reporting on M&E services, assessing energy performance and suitability, and providing advice on improvements. Experience with Planned Preventative Maintenance inspections and reporting is also beneficial.
