This role is 5 days a week at our New Homes Development site in Gillingham, applicants must live within a commutable distance to Gillingham.
More about your role
• Support the Site Manager with day‑to‑day site operations to deliver homes safely, on time and to agreed quality standards.
• Ensure safe working practices are always followed and maintain compliance with all SHE procedures and regulations.
• Oversee build activities across all stages, ensuring inspections are completed and plots are fully ready before presentation.
• Deliver site inductions for contractors and visitors and help maintain a positive, disciplined site culture.
• Liaise with the NHBC and other key stakeholders when required.
• Deputise for the Site Manager in their absence.
• Plan, programme and coordinate work packages to ensure deadlines are met.
• Manage site logistics and minimise health, safety and environmental risks.
• Support new homeowners by ensuring snagging items are resolved promptly and to a high standard.

• You're confident working in a fast-paced construction environment and able to coordinate multiple activities effectively.
• You communicate well with contractors, colleagues, stakeholders and customers, representing our People First approach at all times.
• You are organised, reliable and able to plan work, solve problems and maintain strong site discipline.
• You take pride in delivering high standards and supporting the smooth running of the site.
Essential criteria
• Full clean driving licence
• SMSTS
• First Aid certificate
• Scaffold Inspection certificate
Preferred criteria
• Good IT skills
• Knowledge of NHBC standards and basic building control
• Previous housebuilding experience
• NVQ Level 6 in Site Management
