More about your role
Join us as a pivotal member of our expanding services team in Nottingham. As we broaden our reach, we're seeking a dynamic individual to lead our Customer Support Coordinators towards establishing robust partnerships with stakeholders. You'll play a vital role in ensuring a seamless customer journey from referral to move-in, offering continuous tenancy management and support.
Collaborating closely with our team and partners, you'll foster vibrant communities within our services while also integrating them into the wider community. Supported by our Service Manager, you'll provide effective and professional service management, ensuring alignment with contractual, legal, and internal policy requirements. As a compassionate leader, you'll personally guide your team through regular supervisions and training sessions, ensuring their professional growth aligns with their aspirations.
Managing relationships with key stakeholders such as commissioners, local authorities, and social services will be central to your role. Additionally, you'll spearhead the identification of opportunities for service expansion and growth, aligning with regional objectives and targets.
