Assistant Regional Facilities Manager - South

More about your role

You won't be stuck behind a desk, you will cover the Southern region primarily based at our Bristol office with weekly travel to other southern sites. Dealing and supporting with our Office Managers & Co-ordinators, along with onsite subcontractor management. You will be responsible for assisting with technical and compliance aspects of works, along with quality control which could include attendance at building shut downs. You will assist with the overall management and support of the helpdesk function.

You will report to the Regional Facilities Manager, and be a part of a team supporting our Group wide office locations.

More about you

You will have experience of operating as an Assistant Facilities Manager ideally having worked within commercial office environments. Experience of supporting management of statutory compliance, hard FM services including HVAC and electrical distribution is essential along with data centre support management.

Helpdesk support and supervision is an essential requirement of the role, but more importantly we are looking for someone who shares our SPIRIT values – a ‘can do' positive attitude looking to challenge themselves and support both colleagues and external partners.
