We are looking for an aspiring Accountant to join our close-knit and hard-working Financial Accounts team. You will support the team and the qualified Financial Accountants in the completion of varous finance, accounting and statutory compliance tasks.
This is a superb opportunity to join a large Group of businesses and learn from technical experts, gain experience and also receive support to qualify as an ACCA or ACA Accountant.

More about you
You should be career minded and either have recently qualified at AAT level or have just started to study ACCA/ACA/CIMA. Due to high workload we are looking for a proactive individual who looks for solutions to problems rather than someone who highlights them to others.
This will be a role that will challenge you but also develop you in equal measure. Due to this we are looking for someone who already has experience working either for an accountancy practice or within a finance department. You should also have well rounded reconciliation skills and be able to demonstrate, at application, your experience of bank and balance sheet reconciliations. If you have accounts preparation experience, then this would also be advantageous.
The role is based at our office in Preston however some home working is encouraged, where practical, to aid work/life balance.
