More about your role 

We are looking to recruit an Administrator on a permanent basis. This is a part time role working up to 30 hours a week over a 3 or 4 working week.

On a daily basis, you will assist the Building Consultancy team with the day to day functions of the department. You will assist in activities such as typing audio diction and organise photographs. Additional activities include creating invoices and liaising with clients and suppliers where necessary.

More about you

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role. Familiarity with IT packages such as Excel and knowledge of CCTV systems is also desired.

Experience & Skills

  • Experience in a similar role,
  • Experience of data management of the digital filing systems,
  • Excellent communication skills,
  • Familiarity with IT packages.
