More about your role

You will be the main point of contact for any internal administration queries. You will answer all queries and advise accordingly as well as archiving records and occasionally covering the reception area when help is needed. A large part of your role will be to raise invoices on our systems and to complete financial records regarding petty cash and vending machine takings, compiling this information into spreadsheets to be presented to your manager. You will offer your support to your managers, organising meeting rooms and catering arrangements when necessary.

More about you

As well as being computer literate you must have a high standard of customer service skills. The successful candidate must have proven experience working within a busy office environment with a background of completing administration duties. You must be able to work under pressure as well as the ability to prioritise your workload.
