Administrative Analyst 

RMG | Hoddesdon | Full Time – Office based  

We're looking for a detail-focused Administrative Analyst to join our team, supporting key administrative and governance activities to ensure our clients remain compliant. 

In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring processes run smoothly and accurately, including: 

  • Manage changes to company officers, including appointments and resignations 
  • Maintain members registers for client resident management companies 
  • Submitting statutory confirmation statements and accounts to Companies House 
  • Process identity checks as required as part of the appointment process 
  • Managing incoming mail and distributing it across the business on the day of receipt 
  • Processing and banking customer cheque payments 
  • Issuing accounts for client approval and signing 

You'll need to: 

  • Be highly organised with strong time management and a high level of attention to detail 
  • Communicate confidently with both internal stakeholders and external clients, delivering excellent customer service 
  • Be confident using Microsoft Word and Outlook, with intermediate Excel skills 
  • Be able to make sound decisions both independently and as part of a team
