More about your role

In your role, you're responsible for delivering outstanding customer service by following our Customer Promises and responding to guests' needs. You'll give safety talks, issue and check equipment, and ensure everyone follows safety guidance—stepping in or escalating when needed. You'll support ski club and holiday activities, promote sessions, help with customer queries, and complete basic cleaning, maintenance, and safety checks. You'll also handle reception duties, including bookings, calls, and general admin.

You're a confident, approachable individual who thrives in a customer-facing environment. You enjoy working with people of all ages and backgrounds, and you know how to make others feel welcome, safe, and supported. You're proactive, safety-conscious, and comfortable speaking to both individuals and groups. Whether you're giving a safety briefing, helping a guest with equipment, or answering a question at reception, you take pride in delivering excellent service. You're a reliable team player with good attention to detail and a flexible attitude—ready to pitch in wherever needed to ensure smooth operations and a great experience for every visitor.
