More about your role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised apprenticeship and training programme coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the administration and coordination of our apprenticeship and training programmes for PfP Thrive, our world-class Training Academy. This role will involve ensuring compliance with internal procedures, end-point assessment organisations, and relevant legislation so it's important you understand the rules and requirements of providing apprenticeship programmes.
Working as part of a team of coordinators, you'll also be involved in managing the booking process for training courses, ensuring stakeholder communication and attendance. You'll maintain the online learning database, handle user profiles, course uploads, and document classroom training. Collaborate with external providers to agree on SLAs, invoicing, certification, and delivery methods. Identify additional learning opportunities, build relationships with operational teams, produce regular reports, and support new learning programmes as needed.
The role is Fixed Term until August 2026, there may be potential to make this a permanent position subject to business need.
More About you
You must have proven experience in handling challenging situations and delivering creative, practical solutions. You should be able to prioritise your workload in a pressurised environment and communicate effectively, both written and verbally, to a wide range of audiences. You need to be self-motivated, able to work independently, and possess good time management skills. Preferably, you are competent in manipulating data and using advanced formulas in Excel, with proven experience in working with financial information.
