We're recruiting new members to join the Scotland Customer Collective Group (CCG) - a dynamic and inclusive group where your experiences, ideas, and insights help shape how Places for People Scotland delivers services across the country.
What is the CCG?
The CCG is a group of engaged and committed Places for People Scotland Customers who work together to:
- Represent the voices of Scottish Communities.
- Review and influence services to improve Customer outcomes.
- Raise issues, ask questions, and help find practical solutions.
- Build stronger relationships between Customers and the Scotland Board.
What will you do?
As a CCG member, you'll:
- Take part in open and respectful discussions about what matters most to your Community.
- Help identify areas of concern or underperformance and explore ways to improve them.
- Attend local events and activities to stay connected to Community issues.
- Contribute to service reviews and scrutiny activities, backed by data and insight.
- Advocate for fairness, inclusion, and transparency in all aspects of service delivery.
